CCBW: Pimento & Beer Pairing @ Protagonist

Hello Beer Babes & Friends!

As a finale to our Charlotte Craft Beer Week adventures, we will be taking a culinary journey on Thursday, October 27, from 6:30-9pm, at Protagonist LOSO location (by Sugar Creek) to do a 4-beer and 4-pimento cheese pairing! **TICKETED EVENT**

Finicky Foods (finickyfoodsnc.com) will be providing the 4 Pimento Cheese flavors, with DAIRY and VEGAN options (full set of each) available to pre-select. Protagonist will be providing the 4 Beer flight, including a recent GABF medal winning beer! Bethany (that’s me!) will be providing the guided tasting tour of the combined cheese and beer flights.

Class will be held upstairs starting promptly at 7pm. Please note – this will be open to the public, but Beer Babes get first dibs on tickets, so pick yours up as soon as you can to ensure your spot! Please please please – buy your tickets to ensure your spot! Limited seating is available. There will be a waitlist, in case someone needs to find a new owner of their ticket for whatever reason. However no refunds will be given as this is through EventBrite. We will do everything we can to rehome a ticket in an emergency, however. Please do not come if you’re not feeling well – stay home and feel better!

Final note – Finicky Foods is owned by Jessica Gaddy who will be there with us this night to answer Pimento questions, and also with extra Pimento available for purchase.

Schedule:
– 6:30-7pm – Check-in at the downstairs bar
– 6:45-7pm – Upstairs opens for people to get situated
– 7-8:30pm – Pimento & Beer Pairing Class upstairs
– 8:30-9pm – Farewell and Cleanup
